All the Power of AI.
None of It Leaves Your Building.

We deploy private AI inference servers — on your hardware, inside your network, under your compliance framework. For medical practices, law firms, government agencies, and financial institutions where "just use the cloud" was never an option.

The Regulated-Industry AI Dilemma

Your competitors are using AI. Your compliance officer is right to say you can't — at least not the way they do it.

🚫

Cloud AI = Third-Party Data Processor

Every prompt to a cloud AI service sends your data to someone else's servers. For PHI, privileged case files, CUI, or client financials, that can be a compliance breach — or malpractice.

📝

BAAs and DPAs Only Go So Far

Even with agreements in place, you're trusting a vendor's retention policies, subprocessors, and breach response. Your regulator — or your client — may not accept that trust.

🕳️

Shadow AI Is Already Happening

If you don't give your team a sanctioned AI tool, they're pasting sensitive data into free chatbots on their phones. A private deployment ends shadow AI by being better than the workaround.

Waiting Isn't Neutral

Every month without AI, your staff burns hours on documentation, review, and search that peers automate. The gap compounds — and recruiting suffers when competitors offer better tooling.

What We Build: Your Own AI, Inside Your Walls

Open-weight language models now match what cloud AI offered two years ago — and they run on hardware you own. Here's the system we deploy:

1

Inference Server — Sized to Your Workload

We spec and configure GPU servers matched to your team size and use cases — from a single workstation-class box for a small practice to redundant rack servers for hundreds of users. You own the hardware; we handle procurement guidance, setup, and hardening.

2

Open-Weight Models — No Vendor in the Loop

We deploy and tune state-of-the-art open-weight LLMs selected for your tasks: document drafting, summarization, extraction, review, and search. No API keys, no per-token fees, no third party ever seeing a prompt.

3

Retrieval Over Your Documents (RAG)

The system indexes your internal knowledge — records, case files, policies, contracts — so answers are grounded in your data with citations, not generic internet knowledge. Access respects your existing permissions.

4

Integration With Your Systems

EHR, practice management, document management, case management, core banking — we connect AI where your team already works, instead of adding another tab they'll forget.

5

Security & Compliance Architecture

Role-based access control, SSO, full audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit — designed to align with HIPAA, CJIS, ITAR, GLBA, or attorney-client privilege requirements, with documentation your auditors and counsel can review. Fully air-gapped configurations available for classified or ITAR environments.

Cloud AI vs. Private AI

Cloud AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) VUGA Private AI
Where your data goes Vendor's servers, their subprocessors Never leaves your network
Compliance posture Depends on vendor BAA/DPA terms Your controls, your audit trail
Air-gapped option Impossible Yes — fully offline
Ongoing cost Per-seat, per-token — grows forever Own the hardware; predictable costs
Knows your documents Only what you paste in Indexed retrieval with citations
Model changes under you Vendor updates without notice You control every upgrade

Built for Organizations With Something to Protect

🏥

Medical & Healthcare

Clinical note drafting, prior-authorization letters, records summarization, and patient-history search — with PHI that never touches a third-party API. HIPAA-aligned by architecture, not by promise.

⚖️

Legal

Contract review, discovery triage, deposition summarization, and research across your matter files — privilege intact, work product on your own servers, defensible to any bar inquiry.

🏛️

Government & Defense

Document processing, FOIA response drafting, and knowledge search for agencies and contractors. CJIS and ITAR-aware architecture, including fully air-gapped deployments inside your perimeter.

🏦

Financial Services

Underwriting support, KYC document processing, client portfolio intelligence, and compliance monitoring — without exposing client financials to outside model providers.

Investment

Private AI Infrastructure engagements start at $60,000 (hardware billed at cost, no markup) and typically run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to production. Ongoing managed operations from $5,000/month. Compare that to per-seat cloud AI licensing for a 50-person firm — most clients break even inside 18 months, then own the asset outright.

Private AI — Frequently Asked Questions

For the tasks businesses actually need — drafting, summarizing, extracting, reviewing, and searching your own documents — today's open-weight models perform at or near frontier level, especially when grounded in your data with retrieval. Where a task genuinely needs a frontier cloud model, we'll tell you, and design a hybrid setup where only non-sensitive work goes to the cloud.

It scales with your team and workload. A small practice can run excellent models on a single GPU workstation (roughly $5K–$15K of hardware); a firm of 50–200 people typically needs a dedicated GPU server or two ($25K–$80K). Hardware is billed at cost with no markup — our fee covers architecture, deployment, integration, and training. We'll give you exact numbers in the consultation.

Your choice. We hand off with full documentation and training so your IT staff can run it, or our Managed AI Operations retainer (from $5,000/month) covers monitoring, security patching, model upgrades, and optimization — with remote access only on your terms, or none at all for air-gapped sites.

Compliance is a property of your whole program, not any single product — but on-premise deployment removes the hardest problem: a third-party processor handling your protected data. We architect the system (access controls, audit logs, encryption, data flows) to align with your framework and provide documentation for your compliance officer, auditors, or counsel to certify within your program.

Yes. Everything — models, retrieval index, interface — runs without any internet connection. Updates are delivered via signed offline media on a schedule you control. This is the standard configuration we propose for ITAR programs and classified-adjacent environments.

Your Data Stays. Your Capability Doesn't Have To.
